The Systems Group expands, adds fourth division

El Dorado, Ark.-based The Systems Group (TSG), a diverse group of companies engaged in construction, maintenance, and products for steel manufacturing and other heavy industry, has completed a corporate expansion that includes the addition of a new business unit and the renaming of another.

“TSG was previously known for three units: Systems Contracting, Systems Spray-Cooled, and American Steel, which has been renamed Systems Fab & Machine to better reflect the services that it provides,” explained Lee Morgan, president. “We have also formed a fourth unit, Systems Plant Services, in response to hundreds of processing facilities that require maintenance services to keep their plants running. It was a natural outgrowth from our contracting business, which has provided on-site help to customers for many years.”
