The Will-Burt Co. acquires Metham Aviation Design
The Will-Burt Co., a manufacturer of mobile telescoping mast and tower systems in Orrville, Ohio, has acquired U.K.-based Metham Aviation Design (MAD) Ltd. The acquisition adds a line of pan-and-tilt positioners and PTZ cameras to Will-Burt’s mobile elevation product portfolio.
The two companies partnered in 2015 to co-develop the PositionIt® pan-and-tilt positioner.
