Titanium Lifetime Achievement Award nominations accepted through April 1

The International Titanium Association has announced it is accepting nominations for the Titanium Lifetime Achievement Award, which recognizes an individual for exceptional contributions to the advancement of titanium applications or technology.

Nominees should have achieved one or more of the following:

  • Offered significant service to the titanium industry.
  • Unveiled a technical breakthrough in the mining, refining, or fabricating of titanium.
  • Inaugurated or influenced outstanding research or marketing programs leading to the expansion of the titanium market or titanium products.
  • Acted as spokesperson for the industry on the national or international scene.
  • Developed practical solutions for problems confronted by the titanium producing and fabricating industries.

Only ITA members can submit nominations, but candidates for the award can be anyone within the titanium field.
