TPS acquires Phoenix Mfg.

Turnkey Processing Solutions LLC, Warrenville, Ill., has purchased Phoenix Mfg., an industrial OEM/custom fabrication company that employs 32 people at manufacturing facilities in Cole Camp and Glasgow, Mo. The facilities will continue to operate under the Phoenix Mfg. brand.

According to the Moberly Area Economic Development Corp., TPS plans to invest more than $1,250,000 to expand its operations at both facilities and create more than 45 new jobs over the next two years.
