TPS Acquisition acquires Theis Precision Steel

TPS Acquisition LLC, Plainfield, Ill., has acquired Theis Precision Steel Corp., including all of its assets and operations located in Bristol, Conn. The company has been renamed Theis Precision Steel USA Inc.

TPS Acquisition LLC is a private group of Connecticut investors with metal stamping, fabrication, finance, and steel mill experience. The group says it is committed to continuing and expanding the operations and product offerings at Theis Precision Steel, a global provider of specialty carbon and stainless strip steel.
