TRUMPF names VP of technical service

TRUMPF Inc., Farmington, Conn., a provider of fabricating machinery and industrial lasers for flexible sheet metal processing, has promoted James Rogowski to vice president, technical service. He is responsible for technical services and training for the company’s machine tools installed across the U.S.

Rogowski began his career with the company in 1998 as a sheet metal applications engineer. He held various roles in product management before assuming the role of managing director of TRUMPF Canada in 2008. In 2011 he returned to TRUMPF Inc. to become director of machine and power tool products.
