Tulmar acquires Mil-Quip assets

Tulmar, Ottawa, Ont., a provider of engineered textiles to the Canadian defense and aviation markets, has acquired the assets of metal fabricator Mil-Quip, St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Que. The new company operates as Mil-Quip Groupe Tulmar.

Mil-Quip's capabilities include laser cutting and punching, CNC bending and machining, steel and aluminum welding, and liquid paint and powder-coated finishing. Services include design, in-house fabrication, and product integration.
