Tweet/Garot Mechanical announces staff additions

Chris Gerrits

Tweet/Garot Mechanical, a provider of mechanical contracting services including plumbing, sheet metal fabrication, industrial ventilation, HVAC, process piping, building automation, and service work, has announced the addition of three staff members.

Chris Gerrits has been hired as an engineer, working out of the Green Bay, Wis., office. A professional engineer with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from University of Wisconsin-Madison, Gerrits has more than 20 years of experience in his field.

Josh Peterson has been named systems account manager in the Building Automation Department, working from the Green Bay office. He has 15 years of building controls experience.

Michael Van Asten has been appointed safety manager, working from the Wisconsin Rapids, Wis., office. He comes to the position with previous safety management experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from University of Wisconsin-Stout.
