Wachs Services forms new subsidiary

Wachs Services (Wachs Energy Services/Wachs Technical Services), a welding and machining company in Belmont, N.C., has announced the formation of Wachs Fabrication Group (WFG).

The new wholly owned subsidiary, located in a 120,000-sq.-ft. facility in Jackson, S.C., will fabricate products from small pipe spools to large modular components for the power industry. It is scheduled to open in mid-October.
