Weber Specialties Co. adds fiber laser

Weber Specialties Co., Schoolcraft, Mich., has added a 3-kW fiber laser to its production floor. The additional capacity will allow the company to service existing programs and expand its offerings in short-run metal parts.

The company is a full-service manufacturer providing metal stamping, tool and die, assembly, fabricating, welding, and powder coating for the furniture, automotive, appliance, and medical industries.
