Image Industries adds northeast regional applications engineer

Image Industries, Huntley, Ill., has added Elie Klachkin as regional applications engineer serving the northeastern U.S. from Maine to Virginia. His office is centrally located in New Jersey.

In this newly created position, Klachkin helps new and existing clients use stud welding technology. He is responsible for regional design reviews, new application development, sales and post-sales training, and ongoing support to the company's prospects and clients.

Klachkin's previous positions include design engineer for Instruments and Controls, senior project engineer for Measurement Systems, and national sales manager for CTI Electronics. He has a master's degree in management of engineering and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Bridgeport.
