Wallover Oil purchases assets of Larson Chemical

Wallover Oil Co., Strongsville, Ohio, a manufacturer of industrial lubricants and cleaners, has purchased the assets of Larson Chemical Co., Greendale, Wis.
William J. Pearcy, vice president of sales and marketing at Wallover, said, "Larson's line of machining and grinding coolants, rust preventives, and drawing compounds will complement Wallover's metalworking lubricants and expand our presence in the Midwest."
