LA-CO Industries acquires majority ownership of Intrama S.A.S.

LA-CO® Industries, Delaware, a wholly owned subsidiary of LA-CO Industries Inc., Elk Grove Village, Ill., has acquired the majority ownership of Intrama S.A.S., an industrial marking products manufacturer and distributor based in Blyes, France.
Over the past several years, the two companies have built a cross-distribution relationship. Intrama's paint and industrial resin lines complement LA-CO's Markal® markers for industrial applications.
Olivier Magnin, the former majority owner of Intrama S.A.S., retains the role of president, director general for the new company.
