Beckwood Press Co. names customer service manager

Beckwood Press Co., St. Louis, has appointed Marc Lloyd as customer service manager.

Lloyd focuses on customer satisfaction and uses customer feedback to improve the press manufacturing process. He is also responsible for quality testing of components and quality inspections of the presses prior to shipment.
