AIDA-America, Qualtek Mfg. announce leadership changes

Dayton, Ohio-based metal forming supplier AIDA-America and Colorado Springs, Colo.-based stamping, heat treating, and metal finishing supplier Qualtek Mfg. Inc. have jointly announced leadership changes within their respective organizations.

Troy Roberts, current president/COO of AIDA-America, will move to the position of CEO at Qualtek effective Dec. 1, 2016.

Pat Ambuske, AIDA-America’s current vice president of operations, will succeed Roberts as president/CEO. Since joining the company in 2001, he has held various leadership roles in planning, engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing.
