ARC Group Worldwide acquires Kecy Corp.

ARC Group Worldwide Inc., Deland, Fla., a provider of advanced manufacturing and 3-D printing systems, has acquired Kecy Corp., Hudson, Mich.

Kecy is an ISO 9001:2000-certified precision metal stamping company that uses advanced manufacturing, robotics, automation, and diemaking equipment. The company also offers value-added secondary processing.

ARC will operate the Kecy business out of an 84,000-sq.-ft. facility, continuing to offer metal stamping capabilities from prototype parts to low- and high-volume production.
