B&G Machine acquires W-Technologies

B&G Machine Inc., Mount Carmel, Ill., has acquired W-Technologies, a provider of hydraulic shock damper technology for heavy-gauge stamping equipment.

B&G has been manufacturing the W-Technologies dampers for more than 15 years. The company will continue to market and sell the hydraulic dampers under W-Technologies Hydraulic Dampers LLC. The office has been relocated to Mount Carmel.
