Bear Diversified acquires Highlands Diversified Services

Cleveland-based Bear Diversified Inc., parent company of Northern Stamping Inc. (NSI), has acquired 100 percent of Highlands Diversified Services Inc. (HDS), London, Ky., a provider of metal stampings and complex assemblies to the satellite television, automotive, and aerospace industries.

NSI, Cuyahoga Heights, Ohio, is a supplier of complex metal stampings and highly engineered welded assemblies to the automotive industry. Bear Diversified is a supplier of highly engineered structural products including stamped components, complex welded assemblies, and electromechanical assemblies. The company also provides domestic and international warehousing and distribution services.
