Coe Press launches inspection, maintenance program

December 2, 2013

Coe Press Equipment, a provider of coil processing technology in Sterling Heights, Mich., has announced its new Coe-Certified Inspection and Maintenance Program. The preventive maintenance service is designed to keep the manufacturer's equipment running at optimal productivity and prevent downtime. The program is built on a 210-point inspection check list that covers all mechanical, electrical, and controls components of the coil systems from both a visual and operational standpoint.

During the inspection, Coe documents the condition of each critical component in the equipment and fixes any immediate issues. After the inspection, the manufacturer assembles a comprehensive field inspection report that explains what repairs were performed on-site during the inspection, the actions that should be taken to prevent problems in the future, and upgrades that can be provided to help improve productivity.
