IMS Companies acquires AMCO

IMS Companies LLC, Elk Grove Village, Ill., has acquired AMCO Engineering Co.

AMCO designs and manufactures cabinets and modular enclosures for the electronics industry. IMS Companies provides custom metal stampings, sheet metal fabrications, and specialized machining and custom wire harness and cable assemblies.

AMCO joins other IMS companies, including IMS Buhrke Industries, IMS Exton, IMS Global Gear & Machining, and IMS Electrol.
