Mller Weingarten names president

Mller Weingarten Corp., Madison Heights, Mich., a subsidiary of the German press manufacturer Mller Weingarten AG, has named Steven W. Schroeder as president.

Previously vice president of Komatsu for six years, Schroder is responsible for developing the service business of the corporation in the North American market and to achieve an increase in new equipment sales. He places heavy emphasis onclose contact with all customers to jointly develop application processes, products, and services.

Mller Weingarten is a manufacturer of machinery and equipment for sheet metal forming, forging, and die casting in the automotive industry.
