Parkview Metal Products opens facility in Mexico

Parkview Metal Products, Lake Zurich, Ill., has opened an 80,000-sq.-ft. facility in Juarez, Mexico, to help improve service to its stamping, fabrication, and value-added assembly customers in the Southwest, including a Tier 1 automotive supplier that has certified the Juarez facility as a supplier.

The facility has servo-fed stamping presses from 100-ton, high-speed models to 440-ton models with 10-ft. beds. The plant also has a full-service toolroom. For planned short-run applications, the facility's equipment also includes a CNC laser, a turret, and press brakes, as well as a range of fastening, assembly, and value-added assembly options. The company also offers sales and engineering support at the facility.
