Schebler acquires East Moline Metal Products assets

The Schebler Co., Bettendorf, Iowa, has acquired multiple assets of East Moline Metal Products, including stamping presses from 45 to 200 tons, machining systems, tooling, and related fabrication equipment. As a result, East Moline Metal Products has ceased operations.

The equipment will be relocated to Schebler’s facility in Riverdale, Iowa. Several employees of East Moline Metal Products also will join Schebler. The acquisition allows the company to expand its tool and die design/build capabilities and add stamping operations.

The company provides industrial chimney systems, specialty fabrication services, food manufacturing equipment, and residential and commercial heating and cooling systems.
