Schuler announces executive appointments

The Schuler Group has appointed Tim McCaughey, president and CEO of Schuler Inc., Canton, Mich., to the management board of BCN Technical Services, Hastings, Mich. The company also appointed Paul Nicholson, former president of BCN, to the management boards of Schuler Inc. and BCN. Nicholson now holds the position of director of international service for the Schuler Group.

Dan Savage succeeds Nicholson as president of BCN. Savage is responsible for the company's overall direction and operations. One of its initiatives aims to grow the company's service presence and stamping press machine repair business for Bliss, Clearing, Niagara, Wilkins & Mitchell, and Consolidated presses, as well as other brands. Schuler and BCN offer the capability to handle major press rebuilds and upgrades of practically any brand, Schuler reports.

Schuler offers sales management and project coordination for metal forming products. BCN Technical Services installs, maintains, and repairs various brands of stamping presses in North America for a variety of metal forming applications.
