Schuler delivers monoblock servo press to Gnotec Kinnared

Göppingen, Germany-based Schuler has delivered a monoblock servo press to Swedish automotive supplier Gnotec Kinnared AB. The type MSD-400 machine is the first servo press that Schuler has ever delivered to Scandinavia. The press manufacturer also supplied a coil line and roll feed with the press.

With a force of 400 metric tons, the servo press replaces a mechanical eccentric press, providing twice the output and higher quality, according to the company.
