Superior Die Set makes personnel changes

Derrick Gilane

Superior Die Set, a manufacturer of die sets, mold bases, pins and bushings, three-platen presses, cut-and-ground machined plate, fabrications, and forging products based in Oak Creek, Wis., has announced two staffing changes.

Outside Sales Engineer Derrick Gilane represents the company in Missouri, Kansas, and southern Illinois. He has worked at the company since 2003 in different departments. Gilane earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Cardinal Stritch University.

Brandon Haffelder has been hired as process engineer. He is a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a degree in industrial and manufacturing engineering. He interned for two years as a manufacturing engineer and previously served seven years in the U.S. Air Force.
