Tooling Technology Holdings acquires G.H. Tool & Mold

Tooling Technology Holdings LLC, a portfolio company of GenNx360 Capital Partners, New York, has completed the acquisition of G.H. Tool & Mold Inc., a Washington, Mo.-based company that manufactures tooling for die casters in the automotive, outdoor products, and aerospace industries.

Tooling Tech is a supplier of tooling for such material forming processes as thermoforming, twin-sheet and single-sheet vacuum forming, pressure forming, compression molding, rotational molding, blow molding, resin transfer molding, rubber and polyurethane molding, carpet and metal stamping, foundry tooling, and pulp molding.
