Vollrath acquires Miguel Pujadas

The Vollrath® Co., a metal stamping and fabrication firm in Sheboygan, Wis., has acquired Miguel Pujadas® S.A., located in Santa Coloma, Spain, a manufacturer and importer of cookware, steam table pans, buffet and tabletop serving equipment, warewashing racks, and small equipment.

The acquisition gives Vollrath additional stamping and assembly capabilities for producing cookware, bakeware, and serving equipment, complementing its current line of equipment and smallwares for the food service industry.
