PCB Piezotronics announces formation of Automotive Products Div.

PCB Piezotronics (PCB®), a designer and manufacturer of force, torque, load, strain, pressure, acoustic, and vibration sensors, has announced the formation of its Automotive Products Div., a dedicated sales and technical support facility in Novi, Mich. The facility is devoted exclusively to the global automotive test market, with applications that include vehicle NVH and dynamics, vehicle and component durability, legislative and safety, crash, and power train testing.

The company has appointed Jeff Case to lead the division as director of sales and marketing. Case, who has 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, has a master's degree in mechanical engineering from Michigan Technological University.

The company will formally introduce the division at the Automotive Testing Expo North America, which runs Oct. 24 to Oct. 26 at the Rock Financial Showplace in Novi. The company will have a pavilion with a series of active demonstrations and an IndyCar® display with Andretti Green Racing.
