ITW acquires North Star Imaging

North Star Imaging Inc., Rogers, Minn., has announced that it has been acquired by Illinois Tool Works Inc. (ITW), joining ITW's Test and Measurement Group.
NSI's day-to-day contact points and relationships with business partners will remain unaffected by the change of ownership.
