Laboratory Testing hires mechanical testing manager

Hatfield, Pa.-based Laboratory Testing Inc., an independent testing and metrology laboratory, has hired Bill Stockdale as mechanical testing manager. In this position, he oversees the staff and all mechanical testing performed on the first and second shifts.

Stockdale comes to the company after 30 years at Superior Tube Co., where he served in positions from plant metallurgist to director of metallurgy. Before that he was plant metallurgist for Handy & Harmon Tube. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in metallurgical and materials science from Lehigh University.
