Test Equipment Distributors names president
Test Equipment Distributors (TED), global provider of nondestructive testing equipment and services to the automotive, aerospace and other industries, has named Mike Hamel as president.
Before his promotion to president, Hamel was national sales manager. He joined the company in 1994 as an applications engineer and served in several roles until being named national sales manager in 2004.
A member of the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT), Hamel has more than 23 years' experience in the application of nondestructive testing technology in both the commercial and military sectors. He currently holds the rank of master sergeant in the United States Air Force Reserve.
