Waukesha Tool & Stamping acquires Parkview Metal Products

Waukesha Tool & Stamping, Sussex, Wis., has acquired Parkview Metal Products, Lake Zurich, Ill. With the acquisition, the companies will combine and form Waukesha Metal Products.
The acquisition adds fabrication and robotic welding to Waukesha's capabilities while expanding its stamping and automated assembly services. The company will add 20 employees in its fabrication department and 15 in stamping, hiring at both the Wisconsin and Illinois facilities.
Waukesha plans to continue Parkview's fabrication services in Lake Zurich until the end of the year.
