Wilson Tool acquires Toolspress

Wilson Tool Intl., Swindon, U.K., manufacturer of tooling systems for punch presses, press brakes, and punch and die components for the stamping industry, has expanded its global manufacturing capabilities with the acquisition of Italian press brake tooling manufacturer Toolspress, Parma, Italy.
There will be no immediate change in operations for either company.
