Wayne Long, R & B Machining operations manager, dies

Wayne Long, 69, of Wilmington, Ohio, died June 22, 2012, after a long battle with cancer.

Long most recently served as operations manager at R & B Machining Inc. His employment also included Cincinnati Milacron, Randall Textron, Ferno-Washington, Wilson Concepts, McKee Machine Tool Corp., Addison Tube Forming, Modern Woodman Insurance, Total Tooling Inc., and Bend Tooling Inc.

An avid golfer, Long was a member of the Wilmington Lions Club and served as president twice. He was a past member of the Wilmington Elks Club.

Memorial contributions may be made in Long's memory to the Foster J. Boyd, M.D., Regional Cancer Center, Hospice of Cincinnati, or the American Cancer Society.
