ELT Tooling, Midwest Bender Services announce merger

ELT Tooling Inc., a manufacturer of tube bending and end forming tooling, and Midwest Bender Services Inc., a provider of tube bending and end forming machinery, have merged to form Tube Form Solutions LLC.
The merger allows the companies to provide turnkey systems of machinery and tooling. The new company's main office is located in Elkhart, Ind., with additional offices in Elkhart and Vista, Calif.
