BLM Group USA to host Tube Innovation Week
- April 4, 2016
- News Release
- Tube and Pipe Fabrication
BLM Group USA, a manufacturer of tube processing equipment, will host a weeklong event focused on its new technologies. Tube Innovation Week, to be held June 6-10, 2016, at the company’s Wixom, Mich., headquarters, will feature the latest technologies in laser tube cutting and tube bending.
The event will include live demonstrations of and technical presentations on the LT Free, a 5-axis laser cutting system for 3-D parts, bent tubes, hydroformed tubes, welded assemblies, and stamped or flat sheet; the LT8.10 3-D fiber laser tube cutting system; the E-Turn, a tube bending system for left- and right-hand bending, single or multiple radii, and simultaneous load/unload; and the LC5, a fiber laser system that can cut tube and flat sheet on one machine.
BLMelements, a proprietary software for programming, simulation, production, and monitoring of bending, laser tube cutting, and sawing technologies, will be demonstrated. Technicians and key personnel will be on hand to answer questions, and a buffet lunch will be provided each day.
