European Heathyards applies for ASME S stamp

Midlands, U.K.-based European Heathyards, a fabricator of tube, plate, and section structures, has applied to ASME for S Stamp accreditation. The company serves the power generation, petrochemical, environmental, water, and offshore sectors.

The certification will apply to boilers in which steam or other vapor is produced at a pressure greater than 15 PSIG external to itself, as well as high-temperature water boilers intended for use with operating pressures greater than 160 PSIG or with temperatures of more than 250 degrees F.
