Jaco Vessel Eng. acquires Quality Vessel Eng.

Jaco Vessel Eng. has established a metal fabrication and field service business in Southern California. The primary focus is welding of stainless steel and aluminum alloys.

The formation of the company is a transition from Quality Vessel Engineering (QVE), formerly located in Santa Fe Springs, Calif. Jaco acquired the assets of QVE and has transferred the staff to its location in Pico Rivera, Calif.

Most of the company personnel have experience in metal fabrication dating to the original company, Howard Fabrication, which eventually became QVE. The company’s products and services are used by aerospace facilities, food and beverage processing facilities, pharmaceutical plants, and oil and gas operations. It also offers field service, including installation, repair, and modification of tanks/vessels, piping, and structures.
