Wafios AG launches Wafios Tube Automation GmbH
Wafios AG, Reutlingen, Germany, and Diplom-Kaufmann Christian Benzing, Stuttgart, Germany, have founded Wafios Tube Automation GmbH.
Wafios Tube Automation GmbH acquired the assets of Rosenberger AG, a manufacturer of tube bending and fabricating machinery. The newly founded company, with plants in Simonswald and Apolda, Germany, will continue to expand the existing product line of Rosenberger AG and to pool their activities with the tube bending technology of Wafios AG.
