Bronx Taylor Wilson Limited has announced that it has manufactured and shipped what it says reputedly is the world's largest 10-roll tube straightening machine constructed with five pairs of geometrically opposed rolls.
Contracted to supply several items of pipe production and finishing equipment for a new seamless pipe plant to be installed in the Pavlodar region of Kazakhstan as part of a facility for producing seamless OCTG oil industry pipe, the company provided two heavy duty API-quality tube straightening machines, a 6 roll, 6CR11 series machine and a 10 Roll, 10CR11 series machine. These two machines will be used in different areas of the same tube production facility.
