Roll-Kraft produces tube, pipe floating flange roll video

Roll-Kraft, Mentor, Ohio, a provider of tooling to the tube and pipe industry, has added a video to the company website that features floating flange rolls for the tube and pipe production industry.
Floating flange rolls are designed in several pieces. As they are positioned on the stand, the center piece is keyed so that it turns at the speed of the mill. The two outside pieces are able to spin freely, allowing them to turn at the speed of the material being formed as it moves through the mill. Since the material and outside rolls spin at the same speed, roll marks are eliminated.
