Tenaris to create 600 jobs in Texas

Tenaris has announced plans to build a $1.3 billion steel pipe manufacturing facility in Bay City, Texas, creating 600 jobs. The 1-million-sq.-ft. facility will include a state-of-the-art seamless pipe mill, heat treatment, and premium threading facilities.
Upon completion in 2016, the mill is expected to produce 600,000 tons of pipe annually.
