OCT Pipe to build manufacturing facility in Nebraska
OCT Pipe has announced plans to build a 1 million-sq.-ft. seamless steel pipe manufacturing facility in Norfolk, Neb.
The $111 million project is expected to create 180 jobs. Completion is anticipated in July 2017.
