Plymouth Tube Co. Streator mill achieves 1,000 accident-free days
On Friday, Oct. 23, employees from Plymouth Tube Co.’s Streator mill reached 1,000 days of being accident- and injury-free.
Earlier this year the Streator mill was awarded one of the Fabricators & Manufacturers Association Intl.'s FMA/CNA Safety Awards, which honors companies that had perfect safety records for the 2014 calendar year.
Based in Warrenville, Ill., with 13 plants across the U.S., the company is a global supplier of specialty carbon, alloy, nickel alloy, and stainless steel tubing for aerospace, mechanical, pressure, boiler, and hydraulic applications.
