SPS acquires Tubular USA
SPS, a tube and pipe manufacturer, steel distributor, and flat-rolled steel processor in Manhattan, Kan., has acquired St. Louis-based Tubular USA®, a supplier of inline galvanized pipe and tubing.
SPS operates in the marketplace as Steel and Pipe Supply, Steel & Pipe Supply de Mexico, Exltube, Storage & Processors, and SPS Metallurgical Laboratories.
