Bourn & Koch acquires Diamond Technology Innovations

New York-based Alleghany Capital Corp. has announced that its subsidiary Bourn & Koch Inc., a provider of spare parts and machine tool consumables, has acquired Diamond Technology Innovations Inc. (DTI), a manufacturer of waterjet orifices and nozzles in Olympia, Wash.

Ted Jernigan remains president of DTI, and the company’s day-to-day operations are not affected by the transaction.
