Colorado WaterJet adds 5-axis waterjet capabilities

Colorado WaterJet Co., Berthoud, Colo., has added a new Flow Mach 4C 5-axis waterjet machine to its precision machining and fabrication services, offering accurate beveling and 3-D cutting capabilities.

The system's 5-axis capabilities provide up to 60 degrees of motion for intricate, precision cutting of any shape, including interior cuts. It can shape almost any composite material, regardless of thickness, including steel (mild, stainless, tool, high-alloy, hardened), aluminum, titanium, brass, copper, bronze, INCONEL® alloy, HASTELLOY®, tungsten, Invar®, and stone.
