OMAX launches dashboard for customer service, support

Kent, Wash.-based abrasive waterjet machine manufacturer OMAX Corp. has launched its digital customer dashboard for customer service, support, and parts purchasing.

The dashboard features the company’s new Marketplace e-commerce interface that offers more than 1,000 genuine parts for OMAX and MAXIEM abrasive waterjet machine models, as well as consumables.

Users can access part order status, service cases, manuals, e-learning materials, and account management tools. After setting up a personalized account, users can download/activate software. A new channel allows users to engage one-on-one with customer service.
