Waukesha Metal Products to acquire Revstone Fabrication

Waukesha® Metal Products, an international metal forming supplier, has announced its intention to purchase the assets of Revstone Fabrication San Luis Potosí S de RL de CV, located in San Luis Potosí, SLP, Mexico. The final agreement will be completed by Dec. 7, 2013.

The 100,000-sq.-ft. plant currently contains eight stamping presses from 120 to 600 tons, as well as two laser cutting machines, a CNC tube bender, press brake, and five robotic welders. In addition to adding capacity, the acquisition will allow further diversification of potential markets served.

Revstone Fabrication will become Waukesha® Metal Products de México S de RL de CV.
